      This would be the dream, my primary gmail account is a mess because it was originally made as an email for a refer a friend bonus for a game.. but then when I was younger I made the mistake of linking my youtube account to that account and have been stuck with an email that ends in RAF ever since

      I don’t get it, what’s different than just creating a brand new account, and then just start using that instead.

      Mine is first name @ gmail – got an invite in ‘03. I also have first last name @ gmail 😄

      instead of changing to another gmail address, register a domain and create a custom email then you can take that to whatever service you want whenever you want

      that’s actually really useful i always assumed gmail accounts would be unchangeable with how many things they’re linked to
