FYI, there are many charges and court procedures that Yoon is undergoing.
This case the article is talking about is about
* obstruction of arrest warrant
* falsifying public documents
* abuse of authorities to interfere with rights of state council
That amounts to the potential 10-year sentence.
The consipracy to treason/insurgence charges are entirely separate and that will take entirely separate court procedures.
This shit is fucking worse than a holiday special pardon. At least the older method is openly degenerate when it happens, but for this bullcrap, it’s only 2 presidents. Did the coup party lobby the judges or something?
