      For the Europeans it’s about keeping their beautiful buildings intact after rebuilding after WW2. They don’t care how much damage is being done in Ukraine as long as Russia doesn’t knock on Europes door. NATO is very similar to the United Nations- all bark and no bite.

      Wow.. the fascist-enabling and dementia-sanewashing New York Times comes up with a novel theory that everyone knew already. Every time I think they have reached the bottom of the irrelevance hole, they keep on digging. Anyone who has paid any attention to this conflict knows the Russians are going to reject anything that doesn’t give them everything they want. They will eventually collapse, but they will never, ever negotiate in good faith.
