      I think Italy can take one for the team and make a deal with Trump to leave the EU if America leaves the UN

      Trump claimed that in Britain he’s known as “Mister Brexit”. Of course it’s a lie, because it’s something Trump said, but that seems to indicate he was trying to persuade Britain to leave the EU as well.

      I am Italian and I hope we actually leave the EU because its becoming everyday more totalitharian and they just stole 90 billions just to send it to Ukraine as raw money not even arms.

      Sadly our government is too much europeist and too much centrist to make the wind change direction, best they can do is following the wind but someone other as to make it start.

      It is SO CLEVER… Destroy the „West“ and watch who will benefit from it. I’m afraid, it will not be USA. In Being and Moscow, they must have another „we cannot believe this luck“ party… In this world, EU and USA (and Canada, Japan, South Korea, etc.) shall tighten much more and understand what really is important in the long term.

      The US never tried to persuade Poland to leave the EU. They strongly supported their membership.
