The Spring Revolution Alliance consists of 19 groups including the Karenni Nationalities Defense Force, the Chin Brotherhood, Student Armed Force, Magway PDF, and Sagaing PDF. They operate separately from the National Unity Government (gov-in-exile), but they are allies.
The People’s Revolution Front is a group formed in 2021 (year of the coup) that uses an [inverted Viet Cong flag](https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:People%27s_Revolution_Front_Myanmar_Flag.svg). They claim to support social democracy, but they are allied with the Communist Party of Burma (who are ostensibly Maoist).
