I’ve got a name: Awesome Silesian Settlement (minus Sosnowiec).

This is just an administrative name change and moving city limits on a map, not any new city being planned.
There is no other proper name for this proposed city than Hanyso-Gorolewice,
*Hanys – Upper Silesian in Lesser Polish, Gorol – Dąbrowa Coal Basin inhabitant in Silesian, -ice – popular place name ending in this area, like Katowice.
Perfect, let’s put it to our polish que.
