Hikvision/Dahua cameras are the best in the industry. If you have a concern about the Chinese government, cut the camera off from the internet.. not very difficult. The entire ban on Hikvision/Dahua is no different than than on DJI; lack of American competition. I say this as someone that is as anti Chinese government as you can get
