I’m glad it leaked but yeah, it was incompetence. I think it was also incompetence on the US side probably forgetting to tell the broadcast to cut it.
Being that American competence completely slipped by redacting the Epstien files in .pdf with just black highlighter is very telling of their knowledge of how media and sharing information works.
