Bari Weiss just spiked a „60 Minutes“ story on the notorious CECOT prison, sparking outrage inside CBS and across the media world. Sam Stein and JVL are joined by Semafor’s Max Tani to break down what happened, why Weiss made the call, and how Trump’s shadow looms over CBS News.

It was definitely a move that proves the Trump administration aspires to be another North Korea.

    3. Bari Weiss forgot to cancel the 60 Minutes segment somewhere in Canada, and thousands saw it, and some have shared it. But one YouTube presenter said YouTube is removing content immediately if you play any of it.

I hate that she’s evil, but I’m glad she seems stupid.

I hope more and more people get to see this segment; it sounds like it was well researched and well presented.

    4. No, 60 Minutes is dead right now. Their reputation has been completely destroyed. I mean technically they might be around for a long time, but they have zero credibility now.

I’ve already stopped watching. They’re no longer credible. For real deep dive investigative stories, I’ll watch PBS and John Oliver.
