    1. Not!. Only a fool would believe them literally. OTOH they are deliberately lying to deceive those brain dead utopianists under their influence. Best to ramp up to a prepared military footing for whenever the Russian bear starts terrorizing the locals.Russia unilaterally violated many Eastern European defense treaties signed in the past. History is a great teacher.

What does that even mean? If they attack we get to sue them? And expect them to pay up if they lose? This has to be for domestic and tankie consumption.

Russia has failed to conquer Ukraine in the last four years. Even if they wanted to they obviously aren’t capable of attacking NATO judging by their past performance. Trust not but verify and prepare for the worst.

I am also ready to legally confirm that I have no intention of attacking Mike Tyson, not because he is still very fit and still capable of biting my ear off or whatever. No sir, I am just feeling generous and benevolent toward Mike, that’s all !

Projection. Their intentions are the opposite so they can weasel their way out of their plans and following menacing actions.

Nobody seriously think Russia will attack nato cause they even have trouble with attacking Ukraine

    7. The most awesome thing is that if Russia violates its legal promise to not attack NATO, the only thing that would happen is…war between Russia and NATO.

After the atrocities the world will never believe that country while in putins rule.

    9. In other words: We are prepared to notarize the obvious, certify the imaginary, and legalize the absence of an intention that exists only because others require it to.
