Was he ever? Most people said at best they would settle for him if he were the rep nominee. Even the republicans realize there is no future behind Vance who has all the charisma of a drowned plague rat.

    2. I predict a big split at the next election between Vance and Rubio. Vance because he’ll feel entitled to it and will want to be Trump 2.0 and I think Rubio will try to appeal to “normal” non-maga old republicans, saying he only did as he was told and “fought” off some of the stuff they were really trying to. Saying it was better to fight inside the inner circle than out of it, and will throw as many people under the bus as possible to make it happen including Vance

He may be president by then and I doubt they will give up the incumbent advantage.

    4. He’ll say whatever he thinks he needs to say to get elected, but because he’ll be doing it with that face and personality, it may be a futile effort.

This is why I think he will divorce his wife and start being with erika kirk.

It will elevate his election chances, maga does not care about divorce and he’s a spineless little worm who will change any of his ethics like the swaying hot breeze of a wet fart.

He never was. He was literally the most unpopular VP pick in history. He’s the Heritage Foundation’s guy.

he’s an unsettling opportunistic freak with no sincere beliefs beyond his own ambition. couch fucker needs to go write more shitty books

TPUSA, the GOP and MAGA will all be pushing different candidates in 2028.

JD Vance has the charisma of wet Wonder bread.

And he is a unrepentant liar.

    10. It’s so fucking exhausting that we’re permanently in campaign season now. I hasn’t even been a year since Trump took office, and even though he’s on his second term, he’s campaigning 24×7 too.

But America decided that the relatively quiet Biden administration wasn’t entertaining enough.

      Sigh.

Seeing as how he has all the charisma of a wet fart, no surprise.

This suggests he was ever supported at all by anyone not named Peter Thiel.

      Obviously.

Dude hasn’t even assaulted 1 child. How could you possibly expect Republicans to support someone with such a troubling history.

The VPs of unpopular Presidents are tainted by association. Besides which Vance is utterly charmless.

    15. 2028 is going to be a mess for republicans. The MAGA sheep only want Trump and there will be a push to get him to run for a 3rd term. He’s not going to graciously step aside and anoint a successor. In the remote chance he does Trump is going to say he’s running as their Vice President and still screw things up. It’s going to be just like the last primary where all the clowns fight for who is top of shit mountain behind Trump.

That said Rubio and Vance both have to continue to support Trump and back him if he tries the 3rd term shenanigans. Trump will turn on both of them if they run for president without some kind of inclusion of Trump.

I could see Pence, Haley, and Cruz all giving it a go again depending on the direction the wind blows. None of them have the weird con man charm that Trump has though. None of the Trump imitations work.

Vance has no personality or charisma. He had some of the absolute worst poll numbers during the election. Without Trumps coattails he’s got nothing. I’m not sure a divorce and hook up with Erika Kirk is going to play well beyond the crowd that loves CK either.
