Good to see she got out and can be back home with her family for Christmas, when you consider Lawyers are telling some people not to go home there is no end in sight for theses potential detentions to happen again.
5 months in detention for the most trivial of issues from well over a decade ago. Someone has made a nice tidy profit from this incarceration.

I’m glad she’s free but even after all she went through, she has not an iota of empathy for the thousands of people in that system *without* the benefit of being white and Irish.
Her complaint is that she and people like her have got caught up in the ethnic cleansing sweeps, not that there’s ethnic cleansing happening in the first place.
She’s scum who is happy to see non-white people suffer, and RTE need to stop treating this as just some local interest story for Ireland.
I am in no way justifying this woman’s detainment and treatment. But I am curious if she failed to report her misdemeanor or lied about it to immigration officials. Again, I don’t agree with the way ICE is handling any of this for her or others, but do wonder if I’m getting the full story.

I was also reading she made a case that she was actually born in England to Irish parents ,what a chancer,hope she gets her Maga ass booted.
Heard an interview with her on the news this morning it was a particularly harrowing experience for a human being to have to endure and all over two checks worth under $80, one of which she had returned to pay for at the store and another due to her bank account being robbed and was for 25 dollars. This was all years ago. Crazy stuff.
