I know everyone sees it, but there is something odd in all of it, even for him. He really seems like he is in a rush to leave a legacy before something happens or takes it away or he does not have the wherewithal. Every president knows they must use their first two years to get their agenda enacted, it is not that. It feels different: with the whole Kennedy Center thing, there is something so psychologically loaded in it, it feels desperate, like a clock is ticking for him behind the scenes we are not privy to.
