People don’t look After their health enough, most healthy people get the flu because they’re ran down, putting pressure on people with weaker immune systems.
If people perhaps remembered how to cover their mouths when coughing and sneezing it wouldn’t be spreading so fast.
Let’s put that flu shot to work 💪🏻

Jesus lads it’s a bad one. In her 19yrs have NEVER seen her as sick.
Edit: and that includes her being born seven weeks early and having to spend two weeks in scbu
I currently have it and can’t sleep, I’ve slept about 9 hours in the last 4 days it’s horrible
I’ve Cystic Fibrosis.
Wednesday 10th, felt like shit, went home from work sick.
Thursday, went into work, was sent home by the general manager.
Friday, went to see the team in Vincent’s.
Tested negative for covid and flu, but was coughing up blood.
Was certified sick until the 17th.
Went back to work Wednesday of this week, wearing mask and gloves as I work in retail.
Got laughed at by colleagues.
3 are now out sick with flu.
The moral is,
Listen to your gut,
And f*** the haters.
