James Cameron lehnt die Rede vom „51. Staat“ ab, als er „Avatar“ nach Kanada bringt

The 51st state rhetoric spewed out by Trump always seemed very asinine (even by Trump standards) to me.

If I’m not mistaken, even the most “conservative” provinces like Alberta, are more likely to be liberal by American standards, which would only be detrimental for conservatives. So why add a bunch of provinces (assuming they translate to states) that only benefits liberals in the long run?

It’s such a bipartisan topic, so adding that (alongside attacking arguably America’s greatest ally for literally zero reason), just makes me feel so miserable knowing that so many Americans (allegedly) voted for this moron.
