There’s such a weird dichotomy in Quebec. They have been super outspoken about wanting to curb immigration and have more control.
But then you have people like this saying the opposite. I guess it’s business vs the people.
So Quebec cut their PR immigration program.
People who are supposed to be in Canada TEMPORARILY and are required to go back to their home countries (by law) at the conclusion of their work permit complain.
Its the federal governments fault.
