Why on earth put ‘proud’ in quotes?? I don’t understand that. He tells his kids he’s proud of them. “In other news, he says he ‘loves’ his partner.”

Mac seems to have come out the Hollywood child actor grinder, after a few scary looking years, all right and done well for himself. We should all be proud of Mac.

Why has there been a flood of Macaulay Culkin posts recently? Does he have a project coming out that someone is pushing?

He’s doing a million times better than his own parents. So he’s on the right track.

Seems weird that the entire article is built from what he said on the Mythical Kitchen youtube channel, even naming Josh Scherer as the host, but they never mention the actual title or concept of the series; „Last Meals“

I’m sure my Dad said he was proud of me, but man if I couldn’t remember it. Therefore, I tell my kids that I’m proud of them, and why I’m proud of them every day. Shit messes with you.

Big news.
I’d call my mom to tell her but I think it’s too late on the east coast. But….man, I don’t know. I’m going to struggle about whether I should call her, but, then, it’s just getting later and later. How stressful. On the other hand, if I put if off long enough, then the decision is kind of made for me, and that’s nice.

My father always constantly ended every conversation I had with him saying “I want you to know, I’m proud of you, I’m serious.” For decades he did that since I was a kid. He said it so often that it lost any value to me…until I got into my 40s and then I realized why he really did that. He was always afraid of dying, so he wanted no matter what happened for those words to be the last words I’d ever hear from him.
…and indeed they were. He passed away 2 years ago. Proud of you to, Dad!
