Eight weeks from now, they will quietly announce another program is being opened or expanded that will negate any of the decreases they achieved from this change.
The way immigration has been set up for the last 10+ years, we have not brought in the best and brightest. Have to kill the program and try something that actually attracks desireable immigrants and filters out the bad ones.
