The disinformation from Russia is this claim:
Trump was personally against the pro-Russia parts of the plan from the start. He hated them and made sure they got removed because he’s tough on Russia.
That’s the lie Russia spread (via channels like Witkoff and Kushner).
In reality Trump and his team was okay with the original plan, including the pro-Russia parts.
Those parts only got removed later because Europe pressured him hard.
Russia invented the „Trump hated it“ story to make Trump look strong/anti-Russia, when the original plan actually had stuff Russia wanted.
The source in the article is pretty much covering for Trump.
It won’t be enough to pay for reparations, but it will be a start
