Snoo4558 on 19.12.2025 12:57 p.m. Here’s the detail. The thing looks like a bolt is sealing. if it’s damaged, The number plate is invalid. It covers the bolt and has flower pattern on top. Sealing was forced by law to prevent forgery or theft. But, this law was repealed in this February. so it will be difficult to see it again.

Sometimes maybe a security bolt so the plate can’t be removed?
