Unbekannter Mann, ca. 25 Jahre alt, 180 cm groß, schwarzafrikanisches Aussehen, rundes Gesicht, kurze schwarze Locken, war komplett in Schwarz gekleidet, trug eine schwarze Jacke, eine schwarze Kapuze oder Mütze und eine schwarze Hose.
Die Straftat ereignete sich auf der Oekolampadmatte in Basel.
Wer sachdienliche Hinweise geben kann, wird gebeten, sich an die Kriminalpolizei der Staatsanwaltschaft zu wenden, Tel. 061 267 71 11, oder die nächstgelegene Polizeidienststelle.

My friend was exposed to while leaving her home and she immediately called me. She didn’t want to bother with contacting the Basel police and I can fully understand it as they will sometimes treat you suspiciously. I encouraged her to anyway since she was newly living alone & it is always best to do.
A few months later she gets asked to be a witness in court because apparently this guy wasn’t just a flasher, he had actually raped several women and her report that day is what got him finally caught.
