Unterschied zwischen Mainline- und evangelischen Protestanten in den USA. Die Hauptlinie ist im Nordosten und in großen Teilen des Mittleren Westens häufiger anzutreffen. Evangelisch eher im Süden und Westen. KY, TN und AL bilden die dichteste evangelische Konzentration im Süden.

In the case of Utah, Latter-day Saints aren’t Protestants at all.
