Are they in their 80’s yet? Time to call it a successful career, and retire.

Bro, just visit your grandkids and stop.

When I saw them a few years ago my dad said it was probably the last time we’d ever see them. My brother quickly pointed out that he’s said that before, multiple times. Eventually it will be the actual last time, but it’s hard to imagine.

Arthritis sucks.
I only got to see them once in 2019 and it was exactly what I needed.

I’ll never get to see the Stones. The closest I’ve ever gotten was seeing Mick walking on 5th Ave in NYC as I was passing by. I’m pretty sure it was him, and I will tell myself to this day that it was. He looked shorter than I imagined. About my height. I’m 5’ 9”.

Quoting Jethro Tull. Too old to rock and roll. Too young to die.

Can’t imagine how sick they must be of playing those songs for over 60 years

About time. My wife took me to see them like 20 years ago and, even then, it was one of the most boring concerts I’ve ever been to. Jagger of course still put up a performance but everyone else in the band just appeared so bored the entire show. Keith was so bored he was having full on conversations with the bored bass player in the middle of songs. I get it, I’d be bored too if I was them after playing those songs for so long but when that happens, just hang it up. It was a 2 plus hour show and I was done after the first 3 songs.

Saw them last year. Jagger still puts on a great show, he’s got the energy and his voice can still handle most the songs. Keith was struggling though. No energy at all. I didn’t mind, I was just thrilled to see them

I went to their farewell tour in 1986 🤣

Sadly he can’t properly play anymore, its very noticeable even on the last tour. Only thing worse would be not having the sense to say no. And Mick should fucking know better and not put him in this situation in the first place.

They may be done honestly, these 70s and 80s acts are running out of gas .
