    1. Of course, because he’s a man with the trifecta: courage, honour and integrity.

Release the unredacted Jack Smith congressional testimony video and transcripts NOW!

Why are republicans hiding Smith’s congressional testimony from the public?

    3. Merrick Garland failed America. His impotent response to an attack on the US Capitol and a violent self-coup was to slow-walk the investigation, prosecute 1000+ MAGA nobodies, and fail to bring the charges to any legal body, to Congress, or even make the prosecuting information public.

His epic and unforgivable failure may yet turn out to be the downfall of our democracy, as the perpetrators of the coup continue to dismantle the country and strip it down for parts.

      Merrick Garland did this.

      Edit: misspelling

Here’s hoping you get the chance Jack, but under better leadership.

Don’t forget about these while you’re at it bro! All the paperwork’s been completed and it even has your signature. Go get ‚em (in 2029)!

Finally, someone with some fucking balls. Let’s go ahead and assume that Democrats completely fail to capitalize on this.

Maybe he’ll get his chance. Trump’s immunity isn’t retroactive to his first term.

Well sounds like Jack smith just earned an EO designating him as “enemy of the state”. Fml…

    10. And he’d get let off all over again.

Gotta give Jack Smith credit for having the gumption to keep kicking them in the face, despite the fact we’re getting very close to the point I can see him being „disappeared“.

    11. The United States is over 14 years old … Why is the GOP so hell bent on fucking it ?????

Canadian here who mows nothing about politics or how departments and law in the us work.

I keep hearing this guys name and how he did or didn’t have information. First on Hillary and the on trump multiple times.

If he had it, why are we hearing bait it now? Did he not have opportunities to say stuff before? Didn’t he write a book? Wasn’t there a mini series about him and trump?

IANAL so I’m asking. The indictments were never dismissed to my knowledge. They were only put on the shelf because trump was elected in 2024. Since these activities clearly did not come at a time he was President, the immunity granted by SCOTUS wouldn’t apply. Is the statute of limitations long enough for us to hope for some action when the AH-in-chief leaves office?

I hope you don’t get the chance. I want someone who’ll actually get it done.

    15. Of course he would. He got paid great money to accomplish less than nothing. Hell, I’d take that deal.

    16. Easy_Atmosphere_1018 on

He never actually “prosecuted” in the first place, and his slow walking of the case is a huge part, of why we are where we stand today.

    17. The second the next democratic president’s had leaves the bible after being sworn in in 2029, it should be to appoint jack smith again to prosecute this. Given that it’s already a done deal pretty much, shouldn’t take long. Serve justice within a month.

      Get it done, Newsom/Harris/whoever else
