Hallo, mein Freund dient gerade bei der Airforce und hat mir dieses Fleece geschenkt.
Ich mag es wirklich und würde es gerne irgendwann tragen, ABER ich habe Angst, dass es als respektlos ausgelegt werden könnte und so, als wäre ich nur ein widerlicher Ausländer, dem es völlig egal ist.
Weiß jemand, ob es in Ordnung ist, es als Ausländer zu tragen? Wie ist die allgemeine Wahrnehmung davon, diese zu tragen?

Eh, you must have a boyfriend in the air force, would be my thoughts if I saw someone wear something issued from the air force.
Also, most Korean male wouldn’t be too familiar with air force issued things anyways (most join the army)

No as a korean, I don’t care much and my friends also will not care about it. The Republic of Korea Army is getting popular these days. It’s like a me wearing NYPD t-shirt bought in new york during trip.
This shirt is popular for regular people because of its dry wicking cool air etc etc so no one cares

Is this not just a clothing brand the way National Geographic, CNN, and Kodak are? It should be fine.
I see from the replies that it’s not a problem at all. I have noticed that literally everyone and their grandma have some type of ROKA apparel, but I felt like maybe a foreigner wearing it would be out of line…bc it’s still related to the miltary and I guess I thought it might be sensitive , but I see it’s actually fine.
