some people go to concerts just for their phones. sadly, that’s what’s up.
There are different types of concerts. I can see why there would be some controversy over this, but on Rhianna’s part she should have nothing to be ashamed of, I’m sure that it was dance music playing and not some concerto.
If it’s a sitting section, sit.
Not everyone behind you wants to or is able to stand up. They could also be short, in which case standing up may not help.
As long as one person stands, it causes a chain reaction forcing everyone behind them to stand
I’d rather be next to someone dancing… at a concert and enjoying themselves than next to some idiot watching the entire concert through their phone’s screen.

People probably feel entitled when they are paying an arm and a leg to attend
I don’t understand why people sit at concerts… they designed the venue like that to fill it up as much as possible and make as much money as possible but the only time i sit when I am listening to good music is when I am driving

As someone who has to sit I am already severely limited in the amount of concerts I can go to because small venues are often only standing.
So if I paid a small fortune to go to a concert it’s because I also want to see the people playing, I get that some people enjoy dancing to concerts but it’s extremely rude to ruin the experience for others, and any big concert is going to have tickets that are standing only, so why not buy one of those?
