This article is just silly.
Companies pay corporate income taxes on their Canadian income. By this article’s logic we should not have foreign investment in our economy. Costco is owned primarily by American investors, shut it down. Moderna is an American company, shut down the vaccine factory, Cadbury is British, no more Dairy Milk chocolate bars for Canadians.
