Upholding the principles of sovereignty and territorial integrity, this initiative aims to ensure that Russia is held responsible for the damages incurred. It is a clear message that the international community stands united against aggression and in support of a rules-based global order. Peace and stability can only be achieved through justice and adherence to international norms.

      Zelenskyy already said he will use the funds to make up for the recent decrease in funding for the war effort. Not for reconstruction.

      It will all be moot if Ukraine loses the war.
      Winning the war is correctly the first priority for those funds.

      Sending the invoice is easy. Collecting the debt from a nuclear state is the real problem

      So another nothing burger since there is no consensus on using russian funds for anything
