Passiert das noch jemandem?
Ich habe ein Paket in einem Online-Shop bestellt und Bureau de poste Bettembourg als Abholstelle ausgewählt. Auf der Sendungsverfolgung steht seit dem 10. Dezember „Artikel an der Abholstelle verfügbar“.
Ich ging dreimal zur Post. Sie haben ihr System anhand der Tracking-/Referenznummer überprüft, nichts. Keine Akte, kein Paket. Sie sagten mir, ich solle POST Courrier & Colis kontaktieren. Das habe ich getan. Es ist 4 Tage her, immer noch keine Antwort, kein Update, nichts.
Laut Sendungsverfolgung ist das Paket also „verfügbar“, aber in Wirklichkeit ist es nirgendwo. / Sie haben mein letztes Paket verloren und gesagt, dass die Adresse falsch ist

Happened to me once this year, out of 490 online orders.
Happened with an amazon package last year. Somehow vanished between the slip of paper left in my mailbox (despite being home at the time) and the post office.
I got my money back in the end but no package.
similar happened to me today. According to the notification, the package was delivered, but I didn’t receive anything, even though I was at home all day..
