2 years, huh? Man, how could a insurrection/treason/self-coup (read: attempted mass murder) plotter/main collaborator could be sentenced less than the one who faked the college commendation? (professor Jeong Gyeong-sim, Cho Kuk’s wife, 4 years)
I’m commenting again: the special court for Yoon’s treason (& other crimes such as lady Kim’s crime), like Nuremberg trial, must be done.
Many people in South Korea, including me, has lost the trust for the current judiciary, due to suspicious judges like Ji Gwi-yeon.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t the 2 year sentence only for Mishandling of sensitive information? The rest of the charges will soon follow.
“Noh Sang-won was indicted on charges including receiving information on command agents to form a „second investigation unit“ to probe alleged election fraud during the Dec. 3 emergency martial law, and was sentenced to prison in the first trial.”
I’m all for being critical of those in power, but saying that this why people lost faith in the judiciary seems very misinformed.
Shouldn’t it be the opposite? This is the first time that the Judiciary has formally acknowledged that a key member of the 12.3 Martial law is guilty. This is BIG first step
