An say anything bad about him until he’s had a trial. Addiction doesn’t mean murder and I hate to see it painted as such.

Fuck this guy. I just read another article of this twat life story. What a spoiled piece of shit. I know people are going to blame drugs but even the worst addicts are not capable of such a heinous act. According to those close to them, Nepo had everything, family, love, money etc. Rob even produced a movie for his shitty script so he can bond and help him…

    3. I grew up with these wealthy junkies.. where the parents did EVERYTHING for the kid.. it very rarely turns out well I have one kid I went to high school with who is in jail for murder and his parents still swear he’s innocent and keep fighting the fight. So much of it is a mental health battle and mentally ill entitled people can be very dangerous. RIP Rob and wife

I wish people would stop blaming his murders on his drug use. It’s his mental illness as well. No one just kills their parents. It seems like he was extremely unwell as well as an entitled POS.

Let’s not blame the rehabilitation process. Nick Reiner is obviously an individual with a lot of issues, but anyone who desires help with their problems should not be ashamed to seek it.

    6. >One family friend said they were horrified over the deaths of Rob and Michele.

      >“They did everything for Nick. Every treatment program, therapy sessions and put aside their lives to save Nick’s repeatedly. I have never known a family so dedicated to a child.” the friend said. “To have it end this way is awful,” the friend said.

Nick doesn’t know how good he had it. I wish my parents cared about me as much as the Reiners cared about him.

      Throw away the key.

    7. Rob Reiner suffered from clinical depression so it would not be a surprise if Nick had it and used drugs to self medicate. Once you do enough drugs you can make it almost impossible to recover. Recovery rates from alcohol addiction are around 15-30%. I had a cousin who was in rehab 5 times for alcohol addiction and died trying to detox by himself. He was a nice guy but he could also get violent with his mother. The success stories involve people who have a strong reason to recover. My cousin lived his mother at 30. He had 3 DUIs. His license was suspended and to get it back he had to pay over 10 grand in fines. Nobody would give him car insurance. What is the motivation to get sober? Yes it was his fault but he was diagnosed with Bipolar 1 but he didn’t want to deal with the diagnosis. Having a diagnosis like that can make it very difficult to function at all. So these situations are very complex and tragic.
