I love hiking between the wind turbines on the Hunsrück.
You can see Maggus’ influence from this map.
German logic: let’s replace all our high-density nuclear powerplants with a bunch of inefficient bird-killers.

Useless and ugly
The larger cluster of wind turbines west of the point in between Düsseldorf and Köln is Gartzweiler I. Life hack?
Step one get permit to dig for coal.
Step two raze all settlements in the area to dig a city sized hole.
Step three fill it with the dirt from two more such holes.
Step four build wind turbines where no one can complain.
Profit.
They even advertise how green they are for doing it.
