      This shouldn’t be a surprise. „Subjugate“ is the key word. Every action—from bombing civilian infrastructure to deporting children—shows this is an existential war for Ukraine’s sovereignty. Talks are just a tactic for Putin to rearm and pressure the West to cut aid.
