      Lol. Absolutely 0 chance. Socis would rather prefer it to be bankrupted. And it’s non profit by the way. It’s a club. You need to convert it to a company. Which is not gonna happen.

      Not going to happen. Barca is a fan owned club, without majority votes Selling is not going to happen especially when Joan Laporta is president. If Barca didn’t sellout during their 2020-21 crisis I doubt they would sellout Now.
      Meanwhile president of real madrid is openly talking about selling a percentage of the club, I doubt even that would happen.

      The amount of people here who dont understand a hostile takeover is baffling. This would be detrimental but its not outside of the realm of possibility. Everyone has a number unfortunately. Football is not doing well anyway. Everything is owned by the Gulf States, Russia or China.

      Fuck sports broadcasting at this point, anything you watch just contributes to the next man getting tortured alive, bones pulled from their body’s like chicken wings and thrown to the shredder. That is what you are supporting when you watch sports on TV.

      They can’t really acquire a socio directed club. It’s not a private entity, but considering it’s lever FC were talking about, nothing is out of questions for those cheaters

      You can’t buy FC Barcelona, because it’s not a company, it’s a club, i.e. a non profit organization.

      He can only become a member of the club, and have the same voting rights as the other 140k members.

      It’s clear that they’re trying to diversify their oil money, but it’s so dumb that the Saudis are just funding vanity projects instead of trying to build a sustainable future for their citizens. It just screams financial crisis in the making, their Prince looks like nothing more than new money trying to impress.

      Nothingburger. Gallardo is a terrible journalist, he got famous for saying Gareth Bale would go to Madrid, then he went to jail for other stuff if I remember correctly.

      Then the article says the only obstacle are the members, aka, the owners of the club. So you have to convince thousands of club members to agree to it. Good luck convincing Catalanes that their pride and joy is gonna be Saudi. If they were to sell, I think they would have done it when Laporta got back in. But again, this has to be approved by the members and I don’t see that happening anytime soon.
