If this is true, it seems they violated NDA agreements, with some sense, Rockstar kept the proof.

The details on this seem pretty solid that Rockstar broke employment law whatever the employees actually did, so I do hope they get the book thrown at them.

Ultimately it’ll be sorted in the courts but rockstar’s justification for dismissal seems pretty thin.
