We got the UK Prime Minister talking about GTA6 worker rights before GTA6.

Yeah right. In the same way they ‚investigated‘ the ferry firm firing everyone and then rehiring at lower rates and disadvantageous terms. Lots of promises that ’something would be done‘ and of course, sweet f. a. was done.
Rockstar is one of the worst big gaming companies in when it comes to treating their employees. They make good games at the expense of abusing their employees.

Starmer could become a legendary PM if he does two things. 1. Reform the electoral system. Doable but he doesn’t want to. (Cowardly) 2. Make unions and workers rights stronger.
Wasn’t interested in GTA6. Now even less interested since all this shit surfaced.
My bet is that Rockstar are going to throw their toys out of the pram and relocate their UK operations to the US. A unionised workforce is bad for the shareholders who are only concerned about short term profits.
