looks normal for 9 months
Minne is around 250 for 2 months for 4 adults in a 3 bedroom house
Hey mate. I live with 1 other person in a 2 bedroom apartment and we also have a water softener and reverse osmosis.
We also charge 2 electric cars to our meter. Our bill comes out on average around 160euro every 2 months (80 per month). Yours comes on average 140 per month, that’s almost double what we consume.
Unless you have the heater on all the time, i would have that bill checked.
My water softener barely consumes any electricity, plus 2 cars being charged.
At first glance, there’s something wrong.
I spend around 650€ in a year, alone.
In two is resonable.
Are you running a cannabis grow ?
How much water were you using? Jesus….
I budget €140 a month for a family of 3, use the AC/heaters whenever needed, reverse osmosis, charge 1 electric car. Most months it’s well under that, summer is more expensive than the rest, but rarely over the 140.
Your water is crazy high, could be you had/have a leak.
Electricity seems ok, but the water does look a little high.
This is just a calculator, you can type in any values you want. If your landlord is giving you this “bill”, ask to see the real bill because this one isn’t.
You are calculating all together 9 months. Prices per KWH increases a lot when you consume a lot.
You need to do the calculation every 2 months, and pay every 2 months and you will see the total amount itself being much less.
They did in once to me with water, 12 months all together. I went to ARMS with my landlord and I told them that I was available to pay the 1st rate in full by 6 (being the invoices bimonthly), then the 2nd rate by 6 for the balance.
3 phase meter? unusual for an apartment. No idea what tariff? how many people registered against form H for discounts & no discounts. No it’s not right.
Water cost looks too much to me. Are you taking multiple full baths per day? 🤔
Attached our cost for the past few bills for your reference. 3-bedroom apartment, 2 people, 1 working from home, Reverse Osmosis.

Why do you have three phase for a residential property?
Dude from my experience, family of 7 they charge me like 700 every 2 months. I have argued with them over and over. Yet it’s our fault. I have compared bills to when we moved in and now almost same consumption and they lie and say we dont know. Its rigged man. Scam.. they even put tariff if your over 2000kwh
For water and Leccy, (two people in one flat), it’s around 120 every two months (so 800 or so a year?)
Water consumption looks rather high – take a meter reading (photo) very last thing in the evening and check the reading 1st thing in the morning – clearly you must not use any water overnight! If there is a leak narrow the search – so start off by turning off input into tank (at the tank level), next day water tank input into apartment from tank (typically in shaft), etc
As others have said no need to pay anything as what you are showing us is not a bill. 140 per month is definitely quite a lot so best ask your landlord for an actual bill to see if it’s accurate.
Hi Walid 😂
Water consumption is waaay to high imo
Your water consumption looks excessive even with a water softener installed (I have a 6-stage RO system and my water consumption is relatively lower). You might want to check if you have some sort of leak.
Also check that on the actual bill in the upper right corner, the no. of residents and consumer scheme listed are correct as otherwise you’d get charged higher water & electricity rates.
This is a calculator, not the actual bill. Ask for the proper bill
Why do you have a 3 phase meter? That’s not normal for a 2 person apartment. What are you worried about? Water or Electricity. And as someone remarked, that isn’t even a bill.
