  1. 1. AC Compressor is not important.
    2. Front light adjustment is cheap
    3. Oils and filters are important.

I‘d skip the AC for now and let a mechanic take care of the rest. Get a quote beforehand.

  2. I think I wouldn’t do everything from that list.

The AC compressor would be the highest cost. I guess.

You can ignore this and sweat in the summer. The lights need to be fixed, but that shouldn’t be that expensive.

The gear oil change? It’s an automatic? Never had one, but I guess it should be also done.

  3. You might want to park it on the street nor drive it (as it doesn’t have TÜV and probably no insurance) (or you have the plates in reverse (the one with out the TÜV is supposed to be the front plate)

Front light adjustment is a safety issue but fortunately not expensive at all (assuming the adjusters aren’t broken or corroded). So this should be your #1 priority. I’m not really familiar with Renaults but a gear oil change shouldn’t be too expensive either. The most expensive issue will be the AC, but it is also the least urgent.
