But can the EU then use those funds to purchase weapons for Ukraine?
To je veoma opasno za nas i male države jer se počelo preglasavati za potrebe zemlje koja nije članica EU. Drugo euro bi mogao devalvirati ako strane države povuku aktivu iz EU banaka.
