Apple just lost their head of environmental efforts Lisa Jackson with no plans to replace her role. Given how much Tim Cook has been stroking the ego of the president including his $1m personal bribe earlier this year, I will be shocked if we ever hear about “Apple 2030” ever again.
The American empire deserves to fall. Unfortunately, it’s going to take millions of innocent people with it…

Watching the east coast wind turbine projects lose their funding while right next to the largest concentration of data centers in the country has certainly been interesting.

Tell me you have no business sense without telling me you have no business sense.
You don’t invest in businesses that are (1) low-margin and (2) subject to horrendous depreciation due to innovation. Look at the cost curve for solar panels [1]. It’s a BAD business. Bad for investors, and therefore bad for America. It actually parallels the depreciation issue that’s now gaining attention with AI data centers.
American investors are sophisticated. Allowing Chinese investors to light their money on fire to develop that tech is exactly the right strategy. We can see that bearing fruit in their struggles with what they’re calling „involution“ [2].
