      Why doesn’t the Police try to contact the owner , maybe something happend to him. Easier to give some tickets than try to solve the issues in the gare , all thoose dealers waiting in the street.

      Happened to me a few times. Would often go days without using my car because I didn’t need it to go to work or groceries and find five tickets or more because the street had been changed to one-way circulation and I was now parked in the wrong direction, or other stupid stuff like that.

      This is clearly intentional by the owner.

      Each ticket is a day of standing there.
      Since officers can’t give you more than 1 ticket per day on your car parked.

      If you say that the owner is unable to move the car by themselves than a friend or family member can move it.

      If the car can’t move then a tow truck would still be cheaper than this.

      But then again I’m not sure what the context is
