Because that would allow journalists to figure out who might be getting back handers, or who they might be related to.

The government were asked to spend money in Waterford but said no as usual. They let the place wallow. So someone stepped in and due to start next year.
Anybody asking such questions must hate Waterford. Likely from Kilkenny, trying to ruin the airport.
The name should undoubtedly be public but presumably the whole project requires a net investment and this is essentially a subsidy to make the whole thing work rather than directly enrichment?
Is this one of these thing ms where you buy a Scottish castle for a £1 but needs like £10 million in refurbishment or something?
