Really don’t see how given the guardrail restrictions that AI imposes. The censorship is crazy anymore. Dude would’ve killed his mother regardless, OpenAI is just the scapegoat.
Terms of service said dont do anything shady. Open and shut case. ChatGPT lawyers will seek sanctions for spurious lawsuit.
