They can be frustrated all they want but if they don’t step up and force a leadership change they deserve their long walk in the desert

I don’t think people realise this won’t stop at a 172 majority, I don’t know the exact number but expect at least a few more floorcrossers once the third one happens and they know it’s safe. Carney is the type of leader moderate conservatives like and want to be led by and progressives know won’t be stripped of any rights. Carney has his majority.

Going to be interesting to see what happens with all the frustrated MPs if Poilievre survives the leadership review.

If carney is in control – more floor crossing to come after the leadership review, not before.
Any sane Libs want PP to be the leader of CPC.

What would be absolute comedy gold would be if Jeneroux rescinds his resignation (now that we are out of the sitting and there will be less hate for it over Christmas) and announces he has instead decided to cross the floor. That would almost certainly be the killing blow for Poilievre’s leadership, as well as sweet revenge for how they acted towards the situation back in November.

If someone crosses the floor , it should go into a by-election for their riding. It’s a slap in the face to their voters and constituents.

The schemer in me thinks for maximum effect the 172 floor crosser won’t happen now but will happen a couple days before Poilievre’s leadership review. It would be maximum impact if more than 1 MP crosses the floor days before the review.
