Dort wurde meine Babcia geboren, das ist alles, was ich weiß. Ich werde versuchen, meine Babcia zu fragen, aber sie wird alt und es fällt mir schwer, mit ihr zu kommunizieren.

For starters, the letter Đ doesen’t exist in Polish. Plus the name likely ends in „ówka“
It’s almost certainly „Batorówka“. There is no „Г in Polish. There are 4 villages this could possibly refer to, 2 in the current borders of Poland, and 2 that were inside Polish borders in 1918-1939 (1 in Belarus and 1 in Ukraine).

We don’t have `Ð` in our alphabet. The rest is most likely spelled -atorówka. I’d guess „Batorówka“ and Wikipedia indeed confirms there’s several villages like that, some of which are now in Ukraine and Belarus: https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bator%C3%B3wka
Does your grandmother remember any other nearby towns or villages?
