I actually think this whole flag of convenience must end.

No more registering all boats to random countries.

Should be stringint checks and verification of not only who is truly controlling any boat but which country is utiilzing

These are un registered ghost boats illegally trafficking oil and who knows what else! They should be held to the same inspections as other registered boats. Most of these boats go un serviced, and many times are the ones ending up breaking apart and spilling oil in the ocean.
