**Submission Statement**: The Rwandan backed rebel group, M23, has just advanced into the Congolese city of Uvira near the DR Congo/Burundi border. This “comes just days after Congolese President Felix Tshisekedi and Rwanda’s Paul Kagame met with US President Donald Trump in Washington to declare their commitment to a US-brokered peace deal”. With this advance, M23 is just 12 miles away from Burundi’a largest city “Bujumbura” which could destabilize that entire country if the group targets that city.
