      For people who aren’t aware. These are leasehold with small value rent that doesn’t go up. It’s common in various areas. This isn’t like the more recent situation where there is baked in rises and clauses allowing.

      Basic conman stuff.

    2. I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with this twat in a professional capacity. He’s a serial grifter. Before this he was in the business of taking out peer-to-peer loans, pawning things etc. and then making baseless and spurious claims of FCA rule breaches to try and extort compensation and assert that the loans were unenforceable. I can’t wait for the day when he gets his comeuppance.

      The article is well worth a read. It gets progressively more bizarre the further you scroll.

    4. There’s not much point pointing out that the guy is odious. The real question is why it is still lawful for the leaseholds to be auctioned off in that fashion when the Government should be bringing them to an end. Surely residents should have first right of refusal.
