      There’s already lube. How about fix the reason a woman doesn’t get turned on? Viagra is for men who want to have sex, but can’t get hard. What does this cream do: take her to dinner & pay attention?

      A cream that you put directly on your genitals that causes increased blood flow in 10 minutes? Seems like people of all genders may find some use for this.

      This isn’t new. Compound pharmacies have been making these for at least a few years. Heard from a friend.

      All it does is allow the blood vessels that surround the vagina to vasodilate and therefore increase the amount of diffusion of plasma (ooey gooey) into the vaginal canal.

      Remember a penis and vagina are more or less the same thing just in different directions, in all ways

      My family’s compounding pharmacy has made versions of this for like a decade. It doesn’t work. We tell patients that it doesn’t really work. They pay cash (insurance never covers compounds). And we never see them again. I don’t think there’s ever been anyone who got a refill of it.
