Hallo zusammen, ich möchte bei mir zu Hause eine Waschmaschine installieren und die Wasserversorgung wurde durch einen Verschluss blockiert, wie auf dem ersten Bild zu sehen ist. Nachdem ich den gesamten unteren Teil entfernt hatte, bemerkte ich, dass selbst beim Öffnen des Ventils kein Wasser austrat. Ist das normal oder was soll ich in dieser Situation eigentlich tun? Danke !

This looks like a normal washing machine valve. Ask Hausverwaltung or Hausmeister why there is no water.
Sometimes there is a dedicated additional valve in the flat which can shut off the water to the washing machine. If you find something like this, try it.
Water is probably turned off. There might be a handle somewhere were your meter is. Otherwise call your maintenance guy
Either the tube is dead or there’s anywhere another valve. Your landlord or maintenance should know this.
